  I will have to first confirm it is hypertension
  ie BP>140/90 on two occassions
  Tlhen ai will manage appropriatedly

  Depends on the severity of the hypertension. Confirmed high bp, positive protien in the urine, and possible visible symptoms would require bedrest and very likely medication management.
